Burning the Qur’an is the wrong thing to do!

Pastor Terry Jones received wide criticism—as well as some support—when he declared his intentions to organize a burning of the Qur’an event on the eleventh of September 2010.

I share the pastor’s anger, but his project, in my opinion, is nothing but a wasted effort. A better alternative would be to remind people of the evil we continue to protect in the name of religious tolerance.

I propose publishing a new edition of the Qur’an to be distributed free to Ground Zero visitors.

This edition should include an introduction exposing Islam’s roots, how it began as a gang and grew to become a tyrant State committing mass murders such as the massacre of the entire Jewish tribe of Bani Qurayza. It should document how it assassinates opponents and critics, such as Asma Bint Marwan (a nursing mother), or 110-year-old Abu Afak.

In addition, I suggest this edition highlight all the passages in the Qur’an that teach hatred and incite Muslims to terrorize the world and kill those with different views, especially Christians and Jews.

It should include a chapter of narrations from Al-Hadith, the Muslim second holy book, such as Muhammad describing himself a “Terror Prophet” and testifying that he came to slaughter those who do not believe in him.

Burning the Qur’an is a one-time event; its impact will quickly fade. But this edition of the Qur’an will have a lasting effect. Copies should be distributed in New York and beyond. Such copies of the Qur’an will be of great service to all naïve Americans who still believe that Islam deserves to be treated like a religion.

Muslims want to build a grand mosque near the 9/11 massacre site to commemorate their murder of three thousand innocent lives. If, despite the opposition of the great majority of Americans, they succeed, those who want to respond appropriately should acquire property across the street from this mosque and hang banners with the following message prominently displayed:

In the building across the street, the community which committed the ugliest massacre in United States history meets daily to pray to their Allah and to remind themselves and their children that fighting American “infidels”is an order from Allah which they intend to continue until we surrender and submit to their rule in return for our lives.

Quran 9:29 -Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, [Jews and Christians], until they pay the Jizya [penalty] with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued!

Muhammad said: “I swear by he who holds my life in his hand, [Allah] I bring you slaughter” (Hadith: Sahih Bin Hayyan)

Quran 9:14 “Fight them, Allah will torture them them by your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and heal the hearts of a believing people.”

Quran 8:60 “And prepare against them what force you can and horses tied at the frontier, to terrorize thereby the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them, whom you do not know (but) Allah knows them; and whatever thing you will spend in Allah's way, it will be paid back to you fully and you shall not be dealt with unjustly.”

Muhammad said: “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: There is no god but Allah, and whoever said there is no god but Allah, Allah will save his property and his life from me!” (Hadith: Sahih al-Bukhari)
